JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Manager is responsible in managing conversion of SO to SI of all Sales Unit and ensure target achievement monthly.
Takes the lead in identifying service improvement opportunities and engages colleagues in providing meaningful and sustainable solutions to these concerns. Leads CS-TS Team in servicing all in bound & outbound communications to serve NELTEX stakeholders. Ensures continuous improvement of customers’ experience with NELTEX
Have managed CS TS Team for a compony with more than 300 customers per month. Have served as either full Manager or as a Supervisory / Team Lead capacity but shows potentially to be Manager.
A. EDUCATION : At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing,
Business Administration/Management or equivalent
B. EXPERIENCE : At least (3) to five (5) years related experience in the
same or similar capacity gained from a medium sized
company.
C. OTHERS SKILLS REQUIRED: Emphatic Listening, Customer
Orientation, Strong Excel Skills, Demonstrate skills in
managing 300 customers per month. Good people
management skills.
