SENIOR BANCASSURANCE SALES EXCUTIVE (BASIC PAY+ ALLOWANCE+ COMMISSIONS)

  • BPI-AIA LIFE ASSURANCE CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR SENIOR BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (SBSE).

Position Objective:

Responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life
  • Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the bank’s customer base
  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
  • Act as a liason between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims
  • Submit required reports on time
  • Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
  • Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in SALES & INSURANCE or any customer oriented industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Computer savvy
