Our company HR Network Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of immediate hiring recruitment assistant-construction firm and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing an applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate with a degree in BS Psychology or any behavioral science course
- 3 years minimum experience with a specific focus on recruitment and employment
- Having a background in Construction Industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in Potrero Malabon Metro Manila
