JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Project Sales Manager is responsible in selling NELTEX products to the Philippines’ top 10 developers, water companies and from any specific account specified by Management.
1. 100% achievement of monthly & annual sales targets
2. Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with credit and collection policies.
3. Develops & maintain long term relationships with key decision makers to influence purchases based on NELTEX product advantages and not to focus on price driven approaches.
4. Responsible to ensure that NELTEX brands are used from start to the finish of an awarded project
EDUCATION : Preferred: Graduate of any B. S. Engineering course,
Management, or Marketing,
B. EXPERIENCE: At least five (5) years selling experience in Construction
Industry. With previous handling ofdevelopers & contractors
must have portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.
C. OTHERS : With portfolio of known key accounts & contact persons
