HR Service Delivery Manager (US Leaves Administration)

Under the general supervision of the HR Senior Manager, the HR Service Delivery Manager (US Leaves Administration) acts as a leave and accommodations subject matter expert for the Leaves and Accommodation (L&A) Administration department; creates L&A tools and resources; leads process improvement initiatives; drives L&A staff training and development; provides guidance on case administration; performs case management quality reviews; and may provide case management as needed basis for highly complex cases.

Responsibilities:

· Serves as leave and accommodations subject matter expert advising team members on complex and escalated matters to drive decisions that align with company policy and applicable law

· Develops L&A Dept resources and tools (e.g., communications library, SOPs, and training materials)

· Performs case management quality reviews

· Analyses staff performance and leave and accommodation data analysis, identifies trends, and makes recommendations for process improvements and compliance remediation as needed

· Identifies department and site-specific training needs; creates and conducts training based on identified needs (in partnership with the Legal Department as appropriate)

· Partners with Alorica’s case administration platform vendor to ensure systems deliver against business requirements.

· Manages employee, management, and HR escalations to further timely and effective resolutions, identify areas of opportunity, and recommend process improvement as needed

· Participates in strategic planning for department, including identifying, establishing, and meeting department goals and objectives.

· Maintains a thorough understanding of Company leaves of absence and workplace accommodation policies, procedures, and applicable and related US and Canadian law including, but not limited to the FMLA, ADAA, Title VII, USERRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and Workers’ Compensation to help ensure continued compliance.

· Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

· Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

· Promotes effective workplace practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for co-workers, employees, and internal/external business partners.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Leads, contributes to, and/or participates in team project initiatives as needed.

· Administers multi-faceted and highly complex LOA and/or accommodation cases as needed.

· Oversight of case management system (to include limited administrative responsibilities)

Qualifications:

· Five (5) or more years of work experience in end-to-end case management in leave and workplace accommodation administration for US and Canada based employees.

· At least two (2) years of work experience leading and/or managing major sections of projects or processes.

· Advanced knowledge and understanding of US and Canadian leave, accommodation, and related laws including ADAA, Title VII, FMLA, HIPAA, and other applicable legislation required.

· FMLA and/or ADAA Certification (CLMS, CPDM, etc.).

· At least two (2 years of work experience in a data-driven environment.

· Previous experience in a similar setting.

· Amenable to work in Centris QC on a night shift schedule
