Candidates with a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Customer Service are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Roles and Responsibilities
● Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.

Job Qualifications
• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (for K-12)
• Must have at least one (1) year financial account experience
• Experience in handling fraud/fraud related process in the financial sector is a strong advantage
• Amenable to work on-site Northgate, Alabang
