If you are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Audit & Taxation with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5 or more years of audit experience, of which 3 years have been in professional services or a client service-orientated capacity
  • Exposure to international clients or Share Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA OR CA-qualified or equivalent
  • CaseWare experience is a plus
  • Diplomatic, personable, and professional
  • Positive, proactive, and results orientated
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management
  • Solid negotiating and influencing skills

Clients

  • Be the point of contact and proactively communicate with clients, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how Findex can best meet their needs
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and contacts
  • Effectively manage client concerns and complaints as appropriate

Operations & Compliance

  • Plan out audit engagements by identifying risks to determine the audit strategy, agreeing on the timetable, scheduling employees, and negotiating fees.
  • Ensure satisfactory clearance of all Manager and Partner review points on time.
  • Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting deadlines, keeping within budget, and informing the Engagement Manager and Partners of any variances in budget.
  • Ensure all audit files are completed in line with the Findex Audit Methodology.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements.

Business Growth

  • Look for opportunities to broaden existing client’s scope of work within the firm
  • Prepare fee estimates and proposals for new and potential clients with the aim of winning work

People Leadership

  • Manage, coordinate, and delegate client work to team members with an appropriate level of capability in line with the Internal Audit Plan.
  • Lead and develop a team of service-orientated staff, ensuring high standards of compliance
  • Take action to drive Findex initiatives to increase engagement and drive performance.
  • Identify areas for further development within the team to build greater Audit capability.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Develop and empower team members to deliver exceptional service by conducting regular formal and informal performance reviews, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Take action to drive Findex initiatives to increase engagement and drive performance
  • Identify areas for further development within the team to build greater Internal Audit capability
