We are offering a salary of ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Program/Campaign Management
- Ensure timely and seamless delivery of the assigned programs/campaigns.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of the profile, behavior, needs, and wants of the market and existing depositor portfolio, monitors competitive activity, identifies new trends and opportunities to be able to provide exciting and relevant acquisition offers.
- Drive acquisition programs/campaigns that will encourage early sales activation to promote stickiness during the initial customer lifecycle.
- Conceptualizes and implements communication materials such as proposals, sales presentations, sales kits and other internal/external communication materials needed to acquire new customers or boost usage.
- Product P&L
- Responsible for delivering the profitability of the assigned program/campaign.
- Presents and obtains approval for annual plans, targets and new product programs with the Department Head – Acquisitions Marketing and all other required approvers.
- Utilizes Credit and Risk Business Analytics and Business Intelligence to develop deeper understanding of the business levers.
- Universe Expansion & Process Improvement
- Proactively identifies opportunities for program/campaign improvements to drive better customer experience at point of acquisition.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to expand criteria for acquisition through active collaboration with Credit and Risk.
- Partnership and Relationship Management
- Collaborates closely with partners, other departments/units within and outside the Unsecured Leading and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables.
