JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for making proposals for a midterm plan to a total service activity based on the review result action. Accountable for all service marketing activities in the Yamaha 3s shops and Multi-brand, such as indoor/outdoor activities, above and below the line activities. Assist in the budgeting and monitoring of the service department.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews the result of Service marketing activities
- Conducts surveys the next Service strategy
- Assists in the reparation of midterm plan proposals of total Service strategy
- Develops and maintain After-Sales websites
- Assists in the improvement proposal of the existing system
- Gathers and analyze customer satisfaction index
- Conducts Network Performance Evaluation
- Assists in the preparation of plans for significant events such as service campaigns.
- Assists market group to analyze KPI (return ratio, labor income, units repair)
- Analyzes and prepares business meeting materials
- Coordinates with the Marketing department for campaign promotions.
- Maintains and control for the monthly budget results
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or any related specializations.
- At least one year of experience in Service Marketing, After-Sales. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably adept with MS applications
- Amenable to travel and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
