We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Data Analyst. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

SUMMARY
The role is required to undertake data entry and reconciliation, assist in preparation of assessments and itemized accounts and provide general administrative support to the Legal Costing Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry and numerical reconciling work in progress accounts in Microsoft Excel
- Provide general administrative and other support and assistance to the Legal Costing Team
- Assist in preparation of itemized accounts in Excel for checking, review and amendment by the Legal Costing Law Clerk and/or National Costing Solicitor
- Provide administration and organisational assistance to the Legal Costing Team
- Maintain the work list
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience in Data Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Highly computer literate; intermediate level of Excel knowledge
- Great attention to detail; able to catch errors & suggest solutions
- The ability to learn and follow established processes
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively work with a team
- Macros experience preferred, but not essential
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig in an early morning shift
