- Provide administrative support to the company and enhance office effectiveness.
- Handle communication with external legal counsels, retainer firms, and other third parties.
- Assist in preparing legal documents pertaining to the regular day-to-day operations of the company.
- Drafting, reviewing, preparation, and processing of legal documents.
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Keep files, records, and information up-to-date.
