We are hiring! We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop, test, deploy, and maintain business applications and systems integration required for the operation
· Ensure best practices are used throughout the software development process
· Actively participates in all aspects of the software development process
· Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support
· Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
· Provide maintenance support to customers by investigating and rectifying reported systems shortcomings during/after working hours when necessary
· Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, system, and database) and be able to pinpoint problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency
· Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties
· Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time
· Participate in software design, development, and code reviews to ensure delivery of quality products and enhance skillsets;
· Stay up-to-date on state-of-the-art programming techniques and software technologies and communicate proposed solutions to the team
· Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
· Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s / College degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent
· Possess at least 5-7 years of experience in software development
· Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati
