We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Chat Support Associate (Full-time). For candidates who reside in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at LALAMOVE PHILIPPINES INC. and willing to work in our office under contract working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱18,000 - ₱18,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

As part of the local customer support team, you will accountable for assisting both our users and drivers here in the Philippines with their delivery concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer orders, rebooking of transaction, modification etc. for fulfillment rate purposes via chat (90%) and call (10%)
- Handle and resolve complaints both for drivers and clients in thoughtful and professional manner.
- Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items. undelivered orders etc…
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Has experience in handling VOICE and CHAT channels.
- Must have experience handling at least 2-3 chat windows at the same time.
- Must be amenable to working in the office, 5x a week.
