This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Mandaluyong City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Shift: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Set up: hybrid – 3x a week onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monthly Oracle Financials book and modules closing activities including manual journal preparation, calculations and analytical reports supporting various journals.
- Preparation, posting and uploading of Oracle financial data to Hyperion Financial Management System to generate the monthly financial statements for the market unit assigned.
- Preparation of regular monthly balance sheet reconciliation reports, supporting analysis and schedules and ensures resolution of open issues /Provide a regular monthly analysis of various Gross Profit reports and Selling, General and Administrative expenses in details.
- Consults and coordinate with the market unit commercial or financial managers as to adequacy of various
- costs and expenses that shall ensure proper matching of revenues, costs and expenses in accordance with
- VP&P and US GAAP.
- Focal person responsible for all market unit internal and external audit engagements in terms of the
- submission of the required supporting files, documents, analysis, reports and financial statements.
- Responsible for the submission on regular monthly, quarterly and yearend report requirements that will
- support Asia Finance or Market Unit Finance on time.
- Responsible for preparing Tax Stream reports, reconciliations and tax entries on a quarterly basis in
- coordination with Market Unit.
- Preparation of weekly bank reconciliation and corresponding adjustments to clear bank recon items and
- makes sure that reconciling items are current.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy Graduate/Certified Public Accountant
- At least 3-5 years working experience with audit and/or financial accounting related such as: closing of book and activities, financial statements, weekly bank reconciliation and clearing, P&L report, audit, reporting, tax reconciliation.
- Experience in Shared Services environment would be an advantage
- Oracle Accounting System background is required
- Knowledge of tax reconciliation work using local or foreign tax laws
SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Shift: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Set up: hybrid – 3x a week onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting the forecast process for the monthly ASI forecast and annual budget
- Supporting the forecast of SEA and the SEA market units on a monthly basis
- Preparation of the weekly sales order and collection (SOC) analysis and distribution of reports preparation and distribution of the monthly phased backlog reports for the market units in preparation of their forecast.
- Ensuring Essbase system alignment to HFM actual and forecast.
- Ad hoc requirements for ASI, APAC and Global as they arise on a monthly basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting aspect
- CPA qualification would be advantageous but not a must.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Essbase planning experience.
- Oracle HFM knowledge and experience FP&A experience in a multinational would be essential.
- Highly analytical and advance skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
