We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Executive. For those of you who live in Mandaluyong City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, FIN8 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱19,000 - ₱22,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Descriptions
1) Assist Administration Department inn Manpower Recruitment.
2) Implement Company HR Policies and to maintain office order.
3) Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with the accounting department.
4) To ensure government contributions and DOLE requirements implementation.
5) Must be of good moral character and able to work with a team of professionals.
6) Must have skills in Microsoft Excel.
7) Must have skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
8) Oversee and manage employer-employee relationship.
9) Compile and update employee records.
10) Handle HR related investigations.
Job Requirements
1)Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
2)Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings.
3)Well organised with high sense of urgency.
