We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

You will contribute to strategizing, designing, and implementing health & wellness programs.
The role will deliver the following:
Strategic Program Management
• Conducts market research and leverages internal data to draw meaningful insights to support in development health and well-being strategies
• Confidently evaluates, presents, and implements the wellness programs at scale
• Proactively monitors, measures, and uses data analytics to provide meaningful insights about the effectiveness of the programs
• Identifies potential program enhancements to increase or mitigate utilization
Learning & Enablement Facilitation
• Collaborates with internal functions/ teams and vendors to deliver the programs
• Creates content for training and facilitates the sessions
• Targeted Enablement: Provides customized enablement (ex., leads, and teams with I&D hires)
Qualifications:
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Human Relations (Employee Benefit, Employee Relations, Health, and Wellness) or Talent & Rewards training or background
• 1-2 years of experience in project Management (end-to-end process – Health and Wellness)
• Must have MS Excel – Intermediate; With experience in making dashboards or utilization reports
• With a background in Human Resources
