We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Qualifications:
1. Skills in HVAC, Kitchen, Hot and cold equipment repairs and maintenance.
2. College degree with NC2 certification
3. At least 1 – 2 years’ experience as technician – repairs, installation
4. Ability to understand principles of ref, aircon, and heating
5. Can start ASAP
Duties:
1. Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery on retail stores, head office and commissary.
2. Assist Eng’g Admin, Eng’g. Supervisor, Eng’g Manager and third party contractors, technicians in cleaning, testing, repair of utility systems.
3. Conducts repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing on retail stores, head office and commissary.
4. Repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
5. Perform maintenance of electrical equipment.
6. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
7. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
8. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
9. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
10. Other task related to repair and installation

- Work Location: Field work/Site
- Work Schedule: Willing for Graveyard schedule
- Salary: 19K/Monthly plus OT
