Our company SM Development Corporation is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasay City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of customer service supervisor and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

1. Review and endorse created tickets with complete/required attachments to the processing unit.
2. Handle escalated concern from CS Assistants.
3. Coordinate with other concerned units in resolving clients’ concerns.
4. Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns and escalate critical issues to the Manager or CSDH.
5. Monitor CS Assistants daily transactions (assisted Sales Support/MA vs created tickets).
6. Conduct performance evaluation of CS Assistants.
7. Be abreast with all organization’s products, service, procedures, and guidelines.
8. Ensure 100% accuracy of all encoded information in the system, as authorized.
9. Protect sensitive information/data that must not be disclosed to Clients/Sellers/Non-Clients.
10. Participate effectively in team meetings.
11. Keep herself sound, dress and act as professional, at all times.
12. Perform other duties and functions as may be required by the CC Manager or CSDH.
Qualifications:
- With background in real estate; with customer service experience.
- Demonstrates honesty, trustworthiness and commitment on all forms of transaction, with sound moral and strong ethical principles at work.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Patient, can deal with stress and pressure.
- Ability to look at a situation through the eyes of a customer.
- Good comprehension and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Adaptable to different situations.
