Our company EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasay City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of avp - finance and controllership and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Role Description:
- Drive cost optimization, Process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Budgeting, forecasting, spend/ trend analysis and driving change management.
- Active engagement with geo head, business leaders and function heads.
- Financial accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/ Local GAAP and ensuring local compliances.
- Provide timely and accurate insights on major business developments impacting cost/ revenue.
- Variance analysis – P&L, BS, Budgeting/ Forecasting Vs Actuals etc.
- Work closely with on-shore and off-shore stake holders.
- Preparing MIS/dashboard for Management presentation.
- Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
- Liaison with Auditors (internal/external) for timely and clean audits.
Required Experience/ skills:-
- Finance professional with total experience of 12-15 years in the area of accounting, reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, cost management, spend analysis etc.
- Practical experience in accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/Local GAAP.
- Managing audits of mid to large size organisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation & inter personal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in Team leading.
