Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as PEME Coordinator. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Review the PEME results of the clients’ candidates this includes classification of the candidates based on the medical rating and callouts to candidates with significant findings that needs additional medical requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and classify pre-employment medical exam results of client’s applicants.
- Responsible for call-outs and provision of medical instruction to applicants that need medical consultation and clearance.
- Responsible for sending the PEME daily tracker/reports to clients.
- Responsible for coordinating and following up the PEME results from the partner clinic.
- Responsible for answering all concerns, escalations of clients/ employees regarding PEME.
- Ensures that the agreed Service Level of Agreement (SLA) with clients are met.
- Review and check the list of invoices/billing from the partner clinic and endorse the accurate list of availees and list of availed exam packages to Active One Billing Team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed fit by the Supervisor.
Background and Qualifications
- Graduate of any medical field; open to fresh graduates
- With 6 months to 1 year of experience as APE and PEME coordinator (optional)
- Skilled in proper data handling according to the data privacy act
