JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Responsible for entering Data acquired from Site Purchase Requisition into an item Master Data in order to digitize data for upload to the SAP system;
- Must ensure that data being entered is accurate;
- Must carefully validate the work prior to submission to supervisor;
- Must use the computer SAP codes built in the item Master List spreadsheet and follow company data handling protocols;
- Performs general clerical duties and functions;
- Expediting of Request for Quotations, Purchase Order Monitoring, and Receiving Report encoding;
- Ensures that properties in the areas of responsibility are efficiently managed and maintained by providing high level and timely maintenance program. Ensures regular assessment of property conditions and formulate recommendations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses;
- With at least one (1) to two (2) year experience
