Dragonhart Construction Enterprise, Inc. is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are a general contractor AAA licensed by the Philippine Contractors’ Accreditation Board (PCAB).

Dragonhart was established in 2004. The company started with a single water pipe-laying project along the busiest streets of Tondo, Manila, which later became kilometers and kilometers of pipelines, several pump stations and thousands of house service connections installed all over the region.

Dragonhart reached its 100th project on its 10th year, and, with the milestone is a track record of each and every project delivered on time, if not ahead of schedule. This gave Dragonhart its multiple recognitions and its rightful place in the water industry.

The company took upon the challenge of pioneering in wastewater systems in the year 2011 when the country’s main concessionaires chose to develop and expand their sewerage systems. This paved the way to bigger and more challenging projects. Dragonhart ventured into World Bank projects, engaged in trenchless pipe-laying, wastewater conveyances, creek interceptors and pump station facilities.
