Dragonhart Construction Enterprise, Inc. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of National Capital Reg & Negros Occidental (Others) and surrounding areas as land surveyor with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Building/Construction & Civil/Construction.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱30,000 - ₱35,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

LAND SURVEYOR – Immediate Start
Are you passionate about surveying the world around you? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for precision? Join our dynamic team as a Land Surveyor and embark on an exciting career in land surveying!
Requirements:
· Graduate of Civil or Geodetic Engineering or any related course.
· With a minimum of 5 years of work-related experience.
· Ability to use various surveying instruments.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
2. Accurately measure and collect data on land features, boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
3. Analyze survey data, perform calculations, and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure surveying requirements are met for project development.
5. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise and detailed survey drawings.
6. Maintain surveying equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
7. Monitors various phases/activities of the project and ensures that the project/s runs according to schedule and plan.
8. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment during field surveys.
Salary Range
Php 30,00.00 – Php 35,00.00

Dragonhart was established in 2004. The company started with a single water pipe-laying project along the busiest streets of Tondo, Manila, which later became kilometers and kilometers of pipelines, several pump stations and thousands of house service connections installed all over the region.
Dragonhart reached its 100th project on its 10th year, and, with the milestone is a track record of each and every project delivered on time, if not ahead of schedule. This gave Dragonhart its multiple recognitions and its rightful place in the water industry.
The company took upon the challenge of pioneering in wastewater systems in the year 2011 when the country’s main concessionaires chose to develop and expand their sewerage systems.
