We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Branding and Public Relations
- Plan, develop, and execute communication strategies that will protect and enhance the Company’s image/reputation by increasing awareness and understanding of its business as well as its Vision, Mission, Values, and Sustainability Aspirations;
- Brand custodian;
- Supervise the development of various communication instruments (speeches, press releases, website, brochures, flyers, streamers, AVP, advertisements, calendars, etc.);
- Attend to media inquiries and maintain strong relationships with the media;
- Conduct planning and staging of corporate events (i.e. inauguration, ceremonial activities, press conferences, media interviews, etc.);
- Provide communication support to effectively manage issues or crisis situations.
Sustainability Management
- Espouse sustainability in business operations toward the achievement of Company and Group-wide Sustainability Aspirations;
- Monitor sustainability performance;
- Handle other ESG-related reports and queries.
Stakeholder Management
- Prepare shareholder reports such as, but not limited to Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Quarterly Company Briefing and other disclosures;
- Query Handling.
Section Management and Administration
- Over-all management of IRCC operations;
- Plan, develop and monitor Section Work Program and reports;
- Prepare annual budget;
- Maintain a database of business contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of work experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications.
- Experience in Sustainability Management and ESG Reports.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to respond to fast-changing demands.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City and work onsite
