Our company Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasig City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of procurement officer and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Accounting, or Management.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Management, certification is a plus
- Can multi-task, with ability to prioritize tasks and with time management skill
- Has an experience with SAP MM and CAPEX
- Proficient with MS Office and Google workspace
- Has good communication skills, both written and oral.
Job Description:
- Source new potential Supplier
- Canvass and negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedule
- Recommend alternative materials or services to be used
- Research, study and make recommendation for the savings and improvement of materials and/ services assigned
- Coordinates with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepares Purchase Order and Contract for the materials/services needed by the company
- Monitors price changes and make necessary recommendations
- Coordinates with corresponding unit for the accreditation of materials
- Initiates evaluation of materials on regular basis
- Initiates accreditation of Supplier
- Receives pertinent document from Supplier that is needed in accreditation
- Maintain good working relationship with Suppliers.
- Meets with the Suppliers to discuss the performance and improvement needed for the services and to validate the Statement of Account for payment processing
