As an HR Coordinator, you will ensure the overall delivery of HR-quality service to achieve member satisfaction. Functions will include:
Timekeeping and Payout
- You will verify total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information
- Prepare payroll summary and endorses to the client for approval
- Submit the approved payroll summary/Service Activity Records (SAR) for payout processing
- Distributes check payout and payslips within 24 hours from payout date
People Supervision
- Identifies, attends, and resolves members’ issues and Concerns
Reportorial Requirements
- Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports, and member-related data
- Receives billing documents from processors and submits to the the key peoplE
