JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Partner with internal client teams for reporting on key trends regarding revenue spend, program volume, speaker utilization, attendance, customer satisfaction etc.
- Conduct detail analysis of operational metrics and help measure team performance
- Take ownership of existing Excel models (Management Fee reports) and enhance/develop new models to accommodate evolving business needs
- Provide analytical support and strategic consulting to internal teams during crisis management, RFPs, contract negotiations and other strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing benchmark analysis and identifying key industry trends
- Responsible for generating routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients
- Aggregation and reporting of monthly business metrics to senior management
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ·Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics)
- 3+ years experience mining data a
- s Data Analyst
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc) databases (SQL etc) with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Significant experience in consolidating data from multiple system
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and visualize large datasets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas and Taguig
- Willing to work in night shift
