Founded in 2014 as a start-up, JOCSON Construction and Management Corporation is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) listed Corporation in the Philippines in 2022. JOCSON is a triple ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 ; ISO 45001:2018 Certified Company in Construction Management by TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. We specializes in Construction/Construction Management (C/CM), Property Management, Quantity Surveying to name some of our services, Formerly known as, Dyas Construction and Management Consultants at the beginning, our presence is all over the critical cities of the Philippines has earned our marked already in the industry. To date, we have completed over 250 hectares of land development, residential and over 10,000+ of mass housing development plus 5,000+ of MRB units. Anchored with our mission and vision, we are always aiming at par with our services, as we valued our role to our clients. TQM is our business model.
