We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Alabang| Collections Specialist (B2C) | 1 Year Exp Required. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱24,000 - ₱28,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
- Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests also Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
- Attending Inbound calls and help customer in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statement etc.
- Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
- Provide payment plans basis customer requirement.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current.
- Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure team meets the SLAs month on month.
- Should be ok to work in US shift including graveyard shifts.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any other stream.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2C / B2B collections process and should have called international customer to collect on due payments.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High on Energy
- Ability to learn ERP systems
- Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel.
- Team player.
