Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Leasing Manager (NCR and Antipolo). For those of you who live in National Capital Reg & Rizal (Antipolo) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation), and able to work under full time system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

As the Leasing Manager, expect that your creativity will need to be at work as you build strategies to fill out the tenants of your mall assignment. You will not only be required to fill out the tenants but your mall should have the best tenant mix that will attract consumers in your area. This will include but not be limited to the following:
- Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls
- Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy, and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels.
- Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention, and practices that have been established.
Educational Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
Experience Requirement
- 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or any other related work from an international/high-end brand.
