We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Duties will include but are not limited to
- Supports client’s day to day tasks while driving towards longer term objectives.
- Account Management and Organization.
- Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Interface and partner with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics.
- Build and manage promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, and retention.
- Provide campaign recommendations based on KPIs and campaign performance.
- Conduct AB testing to test measures to improve performance.
- Weekly reporting.
- Perform end-to-end project development, including building, testing, quality assurance, segment creation, proof submission, and deployment monitoring.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in lifecycle email marketing or CRM, preferably at an agency, brand, or ad tech partner.
- Experience in Salesforce
- Previous experience with marketing automation software.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to present data and strategy to clients in a meaningful way.
- Interest in pursuing a career in performance-oriented lifecycle marketing.
- Microsoft suite experience
- Working knowledge with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (data extensions, Einstein testing, dynamic live proofs, etc.)
- ESP migration experience
- Experience with ESP reporting, Google Analytics
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with SMS
