We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
• Experience hiring sales applicants is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and management
• Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Job description:
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Compile and update employee records and 201 file
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Assist to source candidates and update record
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
