The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Criteria for the Job Position:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Non-Smoker with good health
- Preferably living near the CAMANAVA area, Quezon City or Manila.
- Required skill(s): Motion & Time Study, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCAD.
- Required language(s): English; Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work at 58 Governor W Pascual Avenue Potrero, Malabon City, or 68 D. Bonifacio St., Canumay East, Valenzuela City
- No work experience is required as FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!

Job Responsibilities:
- Improving production processes given the limited resources available.
- Minimize costs by increasing productivity without sacrificing quality.
- Improvement of the packaging designs and quality.
- Monitoring the quantity of the output against the given raw materials.
- Monitoring of supplies inventory system
