We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Stakeholder Management Specialist. For those of you who live in Caloocan City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, NLEX Corporation, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Summary
Build and manage close professional relationships with NLEX Corporation’s top corporate accounts and transport organizations. Act as a point of contact for account-related and operational matters. Execute targeted communication plans and value-adding stakeholder events and engagements that promote a more viable operational efficiency and business continuity.
Duties & Responsibilities
A. Corporate Account Management
- Serve as official point person for assigned top accounts and transport organizations and provide accomplishment of requests according to service level agreements.
- Conduct client calls and visits to assigned top accounts and transport groups for direction cascade, issue management, and resolutions.
- Execute a targeted communication plan as scheduled and handle the information cascade from preparation to distribution of communication materials.
- Develop new stakeholder engagement programs with identified account segments to support the achievement of corporate performance indicators.
- Handle institutionalized and value-adding retention programs and events promoting road safety and operational efficiency to achieve lower apprehension and accident rates and more business traffic.
- Maximize opportunities to tap new and emerging top accounts and key organizations that will drive business growth and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the Corporate Account Management master database
B. Administrative Function
- Conduct and attend meetings, planning, and departmental events about budget and program rollout.
- Maintain systematic upkeep of relevant files.
- Merchandise artwork items and SAP requirements and manage inventory.
- Facilitate all processes related to payment such as a request for payment, liquidation, reimbursement, and budget transfer as necessary.
- Prepare an initial draft of reports and presentation materials.
Qualifications
A. Education: Graduate with relevant bachelor’s degree
B. Experience: With at least 2 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing, Account and Project Management.
C. Others: Strong relationship-building and retention skills, customer-service focused, with exemplary presentation and communication skills, and well-versed in customer-retention program development and implementation.
