Company Confidential has open a job vacancy for the domicile of National Capital Reg, Bicol Region, Central Luzon, Ilocos Region & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and surrounding areas as business manager with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

To lead and supervise the Region. You will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to ensure company efficiency.
Superb interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is important for our business success. Suitable candidates should also be excellent written and verbal communicators, and possess the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Establishing the company’s goals and objectives.
Recruiting and training Store Managers.
Performing Store Manager evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
Assessing overall regional performance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or other related fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in a management position.
Outstanding leadership abilities.
Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
