We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱80,000 - ₱110,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! About the role:
We are looking for a talent UI Designer to work with partner, a growing HubSpot partner in the region and a top 5 in AU’s Best Places To Work In Tech. You will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Create visually appealing and user-centered UI designs that align with project goals and brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Utilize your proficiency in Figma to produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Think creatively and provide innovative design solutions that address complex user experience challenges.
- Work closely with development teams, providing design assets, guidelines, and clarifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Act as a bridge between design and development, guiding the development team through build requirements and advocating for design integrity.
- Conduct regular design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal user outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
Get this opportunity if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional UI design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality UI designs that prioritize user experience, usability, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, to create interactive prototypes and design assets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, especially development teams.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
