The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Services & Customer Service.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

· Create meaningful communications that intentionally connect with our employees, contribute to an engaging and inclusive employee experience, shape our culture, ensure comprehension, and align with our brand.

o Create intranet articles, newsletter content, email communications, digital signage messaging, poster concepts, social posts, etc.

· Develop and maintain communication plans that strategically use existing communication channels.

· Build strong relationships with senior and executive leaders to understand and align on business needs and key messaging.

· Be an expert and advocate on the voice, tone, and bias-free writing style of Afni.

· Help maintain the content calendar and scheduling for various digital channels.

o Plan, create, and curate compelling content for each channel.

· Track and analyze metrics to help improve communication planning and strategy.

· Be empowered to identify gaps and develop solutions.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum job requirements:

· Willing to work 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. shift Mondays-Fridays. Only apply if you’re willing

. Willing to work onsite in Commonwealth Q.C.

· Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in communications.

· Fluent in English and experienced in creating communications for an English-speaking audience.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.

Internal/employee communications experience is highly preferred.

· Possess strong writing skills with examples showing your keen eye for detail and ability to deliver information to busy audiences.

· Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively work with shifting priorities.

· Must have a team-first attitude.

· Proficiency in SharePoint, 0365, and MS Office.
