We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR Supervisor with Healthcare Industry Background. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱30,000 - ₱35,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

HR Generalists/Supervisor have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.

The HR Generalist/Supervisor is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

HR Generalists/Supervisor should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Ø Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

Ø Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

Ø Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

Ø Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

Ø Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

Ø Organize mid-year and annual employee performance reviews

Ø Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Ø Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

Ø Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Ø Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

Ø Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Ø Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Ø Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Ø Any other task as may be assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS

Ø Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (Prepared).

Ø Hospital/Clinic Industry background (Required)

Ø 4-6 years of experience in HR

Ø Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

Ø Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

Ø Excellent record-keeping skills.

Ø Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Ø Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

Ø Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

Ø Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ø Meticulous attention to detail.
