We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Account Representative in our company, iSupport Worldwide. For candidates who reside in Pasig City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and possess a Not Specified or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱50,000 - ₱55,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English) 
  • Critical thinking and timely problem-solving 
  • Ability to successfully increase customer sales and retention and meet goals. 
  • Strong research abilities (gathering intel on existing and prospective customers) 
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Maintain and update existing customer database, lead and prospect lists. 
  • Create and send compelling and appropriate messaging and outreach. 
  • Evaluate retailer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. 
  • Interest in and desire to effectively help retailers grow their business. 
  • Comfortably engage and interact with customers on the phone and via email. 
  • Provide superior customer service to every customer, equally. 
  • 3+ years prior sales experience 

Who are we looking for?

  • Team Huddles with Channel Manager 
  • Outbound / Inbound calls and emails 
  • Order entry and processing (email, phone, and web) 
  • RMA resolution (returns, damages, replacements, credits) 
  • Document requests (Invoices, Sales Orders, Credit Memos, etc.) 
  • Customer database review and outreach scheduling 
  • Assistance as needed with general inbound phones and customer service
