We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD.   • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants 
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  •  Assist new employees as they join the company, and help them learn policies, explain duties, plan to join dates, and complete the necessary paperwork after getting relevant signatures
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Manage the training calendar 
  • Compile the training objectives
  • Collaborate with instructors to create written and visual training-related materials
  • Create and analyze feedback forms to produce reports on the training outcomes
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

Qualifications

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and approachable
  • Outstanding written and verbal English Communication Skills
  • Strong research, networking, and professional mining skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions in a variety of roles
  • Highly organized with the ability to keep composure when handling many tasks
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
  • 2 – 4+ years of recruitment experience in sourcing, interviewing
