Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR & ADMIN MANAGER. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, TRADEMASTER RESOURCES CORPORATION, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree & Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱40,000 - ₱60,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- To oversee and manage the HR Team by planning and implementing policies and programs aligning with the company’s goal.
- To direct the HR Team to carry the activities such as hiring, compensation and payroll, employee relations, training, work safety and government compliance.
- Other Admin Related tasks. Monitoring the IT team.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.
- A minimum of 8 years of HR Management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Organized in the year 200, Trademaster Resources Corporation(TMRC) started out as a modest distribution company, marketing and selling television sets.
Over the years, fueled by it’s constant desire to provide the consumer market with alternative andmore affordableproducts, coupled with better after sales services, it slowly, grew to be a market contender , being present inboth the White and Brown line categories of appliances. In 2010, TMRC entered into the PV Solar Field. Providing Solar Small Home Systems to the unelectrified areas of the Philippines. It is now one of the biggest suppliers and installers of Solar Home Systems and Solar Street lights in the Philippines.
In 2014, TMRC was also the first to install a large scale NET MEETERING project in the Philippines which was a 133KW system on top of La Consolacion College Manila.
