This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in National Capital Reg and its surroundings.

Job Objective/s
The role will provide support to the Senior Tax Accountant to ensure that all tax assessments and tax refunds of the group are monitored. Ensure timely submission required documents and reconciliations and close coordination with tax authorities and/or tax consultants to successfully close tax audits or claim tax refunds.
Key Results Areas
- Partner with the Tax Compliance team in managing tax risks and improving tax-related processes across the group of companies by collaborating and regularly assessing the tax compliance posture, and providing advisory support to resolve tax-related issues.
- Handle and close tax authority audits and refunds by doing reconciliations and researching of legal defenses.
- Timely implementation of corrective actions to address audit findings of the tax authorities.
Key Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in handling Tax Audits preferably with the power industry.
- Good understanding of integrated systems (ERP) and BIR systems.
- Knowledgeable in SAP and/or Netsuite.
- Good written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work under pressure and can adapt to changing paces in tax reporting requirements.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
