- Qualification: Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree
- Experienced in Services & Tech & Helpdesk Support

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

– Completed at least 2nd year college of education (Any IT – Related courses is a plus)
– Tech support or IT Service desk background is a plus
– Good command of English Language
– Technical knowledge is a plus
– Minimum of 6 months Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO industry) is an advantage
