We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst, we Shinagawa LASIK & Aesthetics Center Corp., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as staff nurse/nurse assistant and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Makati City & Taguig City and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱18,000 - ₱25,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Staff Nurse
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Must be a licensed Nurse.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience as an OR Nurse.
- Experience in Drug Testing Lab or Clinical Lab is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned on either Shinagawa LASIK or Shinagawa Healthcare (Diagnostic)

Nurse Assistant
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Open for underboard nurses (w/ plans on taking board exam within the year).
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtains comprehensive relevant patient data through: (a) interview; (b) correct obtainment of vital signs, which include pain; (c) The use of advanced assessment techniques that is focused or systems approach; (d) correct interpretation of data obtained from monitoring equipment; and (e) correct interpretation of diagnostic results.
- Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care. Observes procedures and policies pertaining to any aspect of clinical charting and reporting.
- Encodes patient’s information in the Clinical Information & Management System
- Draft the medical abstract of the patient upon his/her request and ensure that it is checked and signed by the attending physician before issuance to the requesting patient
- Be attentive to patient’s needs; initiates steps that will comply with their requirements to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Collect patient feedback and keep superiors informed regarding problems or issues in the patient care within the nursing unit.
- Develops, executes and evaluates established plan of care for specific procedures/patient such as but not limited to: care of the emergency and trauma patient. Delivers nursing care consistent with the Patient’s Bill of Rights (i.e. Right to privacy, right to confidentiality, right to refuse treatment)
- Responds to and provide appropriate nursing action for emergent situations
- Coordinate monthly patients’ schedule of operations.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative orientation to patients regarding the do’s and don’ts. Assist with patient care in the recovery room, procedure room and operating room.
- Give assistance in dilating the patient’s eyes during emergencies such as lack of manpower due to unscheduled absences of other ORTs/nurses
- Assisting the doctors in encoding patient treatment plan specifically in LASIK surgeries.
- Perform basic knowledge in usage and minor trouble shooting with the machines on LASIK and Cataract surgeries.
