The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures day to day project operations are executed according to schedule and customer requirement with financial consciousness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures the proper implementation of set methodologies, standard quality, (workmanship
and materials), and manpower utilization.
2. Prepares progress reports in relation to project billing.
3. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
4. Resolves operational issues related to the project.
5. Timely creation and submission of Job orders.
6. Ensures that all requested tools and equipment are complete, in good condition and accounted for.
7. Coordinates with the client representative in terms of timelines and other matters pertaining to the project.
8. Prepares related reports and documentation, i.e. attendance reports, incident and technical reports, etc.
9. Maintains organized files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
1. Registered Civil Engineer with minimum two (2) years’ experience in construction of buildings or bridges.
2. Able to make tactical results driven decisions.
3. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
4. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.
5. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
