The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of High School Diploma & Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 3 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Tele-sales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in security products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Structured Cabling, FDAS and other security products is an advantage but not necessary.
- Must have extensive passion in sales and marketing and/or proven sales experience.
- Has a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with different/various sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong time management skills
- Has the ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
- Has the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while also seeking for a new one
- With drivers licensed and able to drive 4-wheel vehicle (minimum is motorcycle for branch in provinces
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing for new clients who could benefit from the company’s products.
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, reaching out to prospects etc.)
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients such as contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Provide project proposals and quotations of products and services.
- Follow through with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met until project closure
