The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

I. Job Purpose:
Create a pool of quality talents for the various technical and non – technical positions of PCDSI Corporate / Head Office. Provide support to Talent Acquisition Officers in candidate endorsements and on-time closure of vacancies.
II. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source talents, both active and passive, using traditional and digital channels.
- Conduct basic screening (CV and phone call) based on job specifications.
- Act as company ambassador during external recruitment events ie. university job fairs, local government job fairs, exclusive career caravan
- Update candidate database, trackers, and reports in a timely manner
- Provides administrative support to the team.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
II. Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing for various functions ie. HR, Sales, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Audit, Finance.
- Experience in a recruitment search firm is an advantage.
- Experience in boolean search and in using various sourcing channels (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Experience in creating marketing materials is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Above average English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and possesses high aptitude for learning
- Must be a self-starter, has sense of urgency, works well under pressure, performs well in a fast-paced environment, can foster strong working relationships, exudes professionalism.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement.
