We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of QA Test Engineer (70k to 150k + Monthly KPI Bonus) in our company, Innovations Group. For candidates who reside in Pasay City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Computer/Information Technology & IT-Software and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱80,000 - ₱160,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a test plan and be responsible for the test work at each stage of the version, establish and maintain the related documents as needed, including test plans, test cases and knowledge accumulation
- Demand decomposition and analysis
- Iterative functional testing
- Initial problem location
- Responsibility module maintenance
- Accumulation of technical documents
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of Quality Assurance in Software Engineering
- Solid experience in manual testing; test preparations, test script creation, test execution, and test reports
- Familiar with test theory and basic database operations
- Proficiency in using Xmind tools to write test points and test cases
- Familiar/Experience with Fiddler and other packet capture tools
- Good communication skills, excellent team awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure
- Experience in chat software or instant messaging platform is an advantage.
