Team and Role Introduction:
- Support Hub Supervisor to deliver the most reliable hub services by focusing on day-to-day floor operations, process compliance, smooth operations flow, facilitate issue resolution, enhance productivity & operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Planning o Tactical hub planning in terms of managing daily Sorting operations (equipment, space, etc).
- Reportingo Working closely with Hub Supervisor on matters related to Sorting process.o Support in updating daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report – Inbound Shuttle Timing, Delivery Performance & Aging, Hub Dashboard and other operational hub reports.
- Support daily pre-work briefing by sharing issues & giving feedback to hub Supervisor.o Establishing good communication and good relationship with internal & external parties.
- Optimizingo Assisting Hub Supervisor in managing hub operational processes, compliance & process optimization.
- Working closely with Hub Supervisor & support optimizing programs towards achieving better productivity & efficiency
- Support shipment handover process to riders/drivers (where necessary) in order to grant on time rider/driver’s departure from hubo Support other hub activities where applicable – Visual Aging & Returns Process
- Support inbound process (where necessary) in making sure all inbound shipment are processed within stipulated window.
- Support outbound process (where necessary) in making sure handover process to riders/drivers is on time.
- Complianceo Ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes – hub sort/fine sort process·
- Leadership Cultureo Working closely with Hub Supervisor to initiate staff development programs in terms of identifying training nee
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage
- Minimum secondary school or equivalent experience in Logistics/Hub industry.
- Good computer skills and proficient in excel would be an advantage
- Ability to speak in English would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and collaborative
- Ability to lead & coordinate daily hub activities/processes and committed to get the job done
