We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager ( Food & Beverage). For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy, and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱50,000 - ₱70,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role (forecasting , budgeting , etc)
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/ budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cashflow management reporting for submission.
- Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teas in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies for the set up.
- Support CEO in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost overruns.
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting ,
- Certified Public Accountant
- With atleast 2years working in restaurant industry background
- With 3 years in managerial position
- Experience using Quickbooks (online)
- Experience in food costing is a huge plus
